YourDental.AI is a DBA of AIPro.Gold, and all terms, conditions, and policies outlined herein apply equally to users of both platforms. 1.2 Services utilize artificial intelligence models that generate outputs based on user inputs.

1.3 AIPro.Gold reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

2. Account Registration

3. Usage Requirements and Restrictions

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

Use services unlawfully
Misrepresent AI-generated content
Reverse engineer systems
Exploit vulnerabilities
Resell services without authorization
Train competing AI models using Outputs

3.3 Enforcement

AIPro.Gold may monitor usage and take enforcement actions.

3.4 AI Compliance

Users are responsible for ensuring outputs comply with applicable laws, including healthcare, financial, and advertising regulations.

4. Inputs and Outputs

4.1 Responsibility

Users are responsible for all Inputs and Outputs.

4.2 Ownership

Users retain ownership of Inputs; Outputs are assigned to users subject to compliance.

4.3 Processing

AIPro.Gold may process data to improve services.

4.4 No Reliance

AI-generated Outputs may contain inaccuracies. Users should not rely on Outputs for professional decisions without independent verification.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

AIPro.Gold retains all intellectual property rights.

5.2 Restrictions

Unauthorized use of branding or systems is prohibited.

6. Indemnification and Liability

6.1 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify AIPro.Gold from claims arising from misuse.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

AIPro.Gold is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6.3 "As Is" Services

Services are provided without warranties.

6.4 No Performance Guarantee

AIPro.Gold does not guarantee results, including revenue, leads, or operational outcomes.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

7.1 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

Parties agree to attempt good faith resolution. Disputes proceed to non-binding mediation in Florida. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in Florida courts.

8. Payments, Subscriptions, and Token Systems

8.1 Payment Structure

AIPro.Gold utilizes:

Onboarding fees
Monthly subscriptions
Token-based systems where applicable

8.2 Billing Authorization

Users authorize recurring and applicable charges upon signup.

8.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled per Section 8.5.

8.4 Pricing Changes

AIPro.Gold reserves the right to modify pricing and plans at any time.

8.5 Cancellation & Refund Policy

AIPro.Gold requires a minimum of seven (7) days' written notice prior to the next billing date for cancellations. Subscriptions already processed are non-refundable and not subject to return or credit.

8.6 Payment Methods

Users must maintain valid payment methods.

8.7 Unauthorized Transactions

AIPro.Gold is not responsible for unauthorized use of payment methods.

8.8 Chargebacks

Accounts may be suspended for disputes or chargebacks.

8.9 Suspension for Non-Payment

AIPro.Gold may suspend services for failed or overdue payments.

9. Changes to Terms

AIPro.Gold reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
